We recently chose 5th Element Restaurant to cater our private celebration, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding, and the entire team made the planning process seamless and stress-free. He patiently guided us through the menu options and even arranged a tasting session so we could confidently choose the perfect dishes for our grand celebration. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to making our event a success were truly exceptional. The quality of the food was simply amazing. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, beautifully prepared, and received countless compliments from our guests. We had a great experience at 5th Element Indian Kitchen! The buffet had an amazing variety of options, and the quality of food was impressive for the price. Everything was flavorful, and there was something for everyone. Great value, friendly experience, and definitely a place we would love to visit again!

Fifth Element Indian Kitchen 1448 W International Speedway Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32114 I really wanted to like Fifth Element Indian Kitchen, but this visit was a complete letdown. We ordered the Thali expecting a well-rounded, flavorful Indian meal—but what arrived at the table was far from it. The food was served cold, which immediately set the tone. Naan, which should be soft, warm, and slightly crisp on the edges, was instead leathery and overly chewy, almost as if it had been sitting out far too long. The Thali was supposed to include chicken biryani and chicken curry, but both dishes missed the mark entirely. The chicken served was dark thigh meat, which in itself isn’t an issue when cooked right—but here, it lacked any depth or proper preparation. More disappointing was the complete absence of flavor. Indian cuisine is known for its rich layers of spices and aromas, but everything on the plate felt bland and lifeless, as if the spices were an afterthought rather than the heart of the dish. Best Indian food around Daytona Beach! I had the butter chicken with rice and it was absolutely delicious—rich flavor, perfectly cooked, and very authentic. I also tried a couple new dishes I hadn’t had before and they were amazing. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. To top it off, the mango ice cream was incredible and the perfect dessert after the meal. If you're looking for great Indian food in the Daytona area, 5th Element Indian is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!
